Your Session Retainer Fee Covers
-A phone or email conversation to bring forth ideas and personal input to ensure a successful session.
-15 minutes of coverage during your session appointment.
-Immediate post-processing and image preparation will be done for a 72-hour turnaround of at least 15 images in an online image gallery for your viewing and ordering.
**Your $150 retainer fee includes 5 digital image files. It does not include any printed products.**
This retainer fee pays for the time and talent of the photographer, Angela Seybert, her representatives, and the employees of Artisan Baby Portrait Design. It does not include any finished printed portraits. Your session retainer fee is due at the time of booking your portrait session appointment. These fees are non-refundable, however, with 48 hours notice appointments may be rescheduled-- in case of an emergency.
Image Viewing & Ordering
You will view your studio portraits online within three business days following your portrait session. Clients may also choose to plan a time to come into the studio for image viewing and ordering.
You will be asked to place a print or digital product order within seven days (1 week) of your reveal. Clients who cannot make a decision about products or images during their viewing and ordering period may schedule additional time for a $20 fee/day. Please note any printed product orders placed with the studio must be received by December 7th for guaranteed arrival before 12/25. Any orders placed after this date, will not be ready in time for Christmas delivery/pick-up.
A payment plan can be made available.
You will be notified by email (unless otherwise specified) when your order is ready for pickup. If you are unable to pick up your order, we can ship your order to you for an additional charge.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Because these sessions are available on a limited basis, all bookings are final and non-refundable. It may not be possible to reschedule for a new date or time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, however, you are welcome to apply your paid retainer fee towards a future session or gift, re-sell it to a friend or family member.
Every effort will be made to assure your satisfaction according to industry standards. The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the photographer's direction; participating in pre-shoot consultations, etc. Artisan Baby Portrait Design is not responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
Personal cameras are not allowed in the studio during your session. Please credit us when taking and/or sharing cellphone images and/or videotaping. We work very hard to ensure your session is captured artistically and creatively. We ask that you respect our livelihood and only capture "behind the scenes" photographs of what we are creating.
While Angela does capture many images during these sessions, you will see only the best images selected by her, the artist, for your final previewing gallery. She carefully renders each image to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed heads turned, duplicates, lighting mishaps, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently after the initial rendering is complete.
You agree to hold harmless, Angela Seybert, her representatives, employees, and Artisan Baby Portrait Design, from any dispute in the event you or your family become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Artisan Baby Portrait Design and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury to you, your children or your family members, or for any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.
